A few weeks after moving in to our new house in San Pedro, Laguna, my husband and I got the craving for Jollibee so we dialed 8-7000. Since we were just about 15 minutes away from Alabang, and our landline is a Manila line, I didn’t expect the sales agent to say, “Ay Ma’am, sorry po, hanggang Metro Manila lang ang hotline namin. Tumawag nalang po kayo sa branch na malapit sa inyo.” (Oh, I’m sorry, Ma’am, our hotline is only for Metro Manila residents. Just call the branch near you.)
Ok, so I asked for the number of the branch near our house and she told me to just call Jollibee customer service because she didn’t have the number. Is that great customer service or what? So I decided to just go to the Jollibee near our house for drive-thru. I thought that it would be faster than looking for the number and then waiting for the 30-45 minute delivery time. But no, the drive thru in San Pedro took longer! So what’s the point in drive-thru if they’ll ask me to wait in the parking lot for my order for about 30 minutes?!? When we were still in Makati, we would occassionally have fast food delivered at odd hours and it would reach us in less than 30 minutes.
Oh well, looks like it’s another story here in the province!

I worked before in jollibee…Gosh even if you ask former crew members of jollibee…ever since I dont eat at jollibee anymore..some crews will prick their bugers and will smash it into the spaghetti…yuck tlga

one time, i ordered food from jollibee….they said they will deliver within 30-45 min…one hour passed, when I called up their hotline, they directed me to the branch that was suppose to deliver…..kalentong branch claims that they couldn’t find a “rider” to deliver my food….why on earth did they NOT inform me….since then, forget Jollibee!!!
